Miller Named Vice President Of Dominion East Ohio

RICHMOND, Va., Dec. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominion (NYSE: D) announced today that Scott C. Miller, vice president-Budgeting, Business Planning & Market Analysis, will become a vice president at its Dominion East Ohio subsidiary, effective January 1.

Miller joins the Dominion East Ohio leadership team during a period of significant growth. This includes substantial investments in regulated infrastructure as well as business development opportunities related to natural gas and natural gas liquids production in the Utica shale production area of eastern Ohio.

Miller will relocate to Cleveland from Richmond and report to Anne E. Bomar, senior vice president and general manager–Dominion East Ohio.

Miller joined Dominion in 1997 as a financial analyst in Corporate Planning & Analysis. In 1999, he was promoted to senior financial analyst and became manager-Mergers & Acquisitions in 2001. He was named director-Financial Analysis, supporting Dominion Generation, in 2004, and was promoted to vice president-Financial Management, Dominion Energy, in October 2007. He became vice president-Financial Management, Dominion Virginia Power, in June 2009, and assumed his current post in January 2011.  He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Ithaca College and a master's degree in finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Miller's position in Richmond will be filled at a later date.
