CAYCE, SC (March 13, 2024) — South Carolina nonprofit and educational organizations in the Dominion Energy service territory are encouraged to apply for grants up to $15,000 from the Dominion Energy Charitable Foundation.
Dominion Energy will consider grant requests that focus on human needs, environmental stewardship, education, and community vitality.
Starting this year, the foundation has adopted a new application process and will now accept grant requests twice per year – once in the spring and once in the fall. The deadline for spring applications is April 2, and grant winners will be announced in June.
“Many of the organizations Dominion Energy supports are at the tip of the spear in our communities to make our great state an even better and more beautiful place for people to live and visit,” said Keller Kissam, president of Dominion Energy South Carolina. “More importantly, they are the ones who really are our brother’s keeper and who are our sister’s keeper when our neighbors need a helping hand, so I’m proud that we support the critical work they do.”
In 2023 Dominion Energy and its charitable foundation gave more than $46 million to support charitable causes. For details, visit DominionEnergy.com.
