Dominion Energy Encourages Businesses to Save, Expands Rebates for Limited Time

CAYCE, S.C. (Feb. 24, 2026) – Dominion Energy is offering limited-time bonus incentives to help eligible small business customers in South Carolina invest in energy-efficient improvements that can reduce electricity use and deliver ongoing savings.

The Small Business Energy Solutions Program helps businesses identify and implement energy-efficient lighting, HVAC and water heating upgrades.

For a limited time, eligible non-residential electric customers may receive the following:

  • An additional 5% on qualifying lighting and HVAC projects in addition to the standard program offer of up to 90%.
  • An additional $250 incentive for installing qualifying heat pump water heaters.

“These bonus incentives provide small businesses with an opportunity to make energy-saving upgrades more affordable,” said Annika Goodson, program manager. “By taking advantage of this limited time-offer, customers can reduce the cost of their project and save on their monthly bills as well.”

Bonus incentives are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to available funding.

Additional eligibility requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Participation agreements must be fully completed and submitted by April 1.
  • Project installation must be completed by or no later than Oct. 31.
